Dispatch Options: Fully automatic dispatch with the option to manually dispatch jobs to drivers Admins can dispatch manually.
Cancellations: Why do people cancel? using a slab system to define multiple cancellations based on conditions.
Driver Approvals: The driver registration is carefully designed to enter vehicle details and the agent's driving licence for verification. These can be accessed by administration for approval. The approval system is optional.
Driver Jobs: Nearby booking requests are received in real time, and the driver can accept or decline them.
Delivery Security The app includes a number of security features.

Communication: Active booking has the option of a phone call between the customer and the delivery driver. Push notifications are built into the system.
Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and code work together to provide the perfect system for push notifications. All new bookings, booking status changes, and chat are covered by notifications.
Statistics and Reports: The Dashboard for Admin comes with basic statistics on earnings and a map for active drivers. There are full reports on agent-based earnings and app-based earnings for administrators.
