In this video tutorial, we are going to show you how To add people to a Facebook Business Manager (Meta/Facebook Business Suite) account and add access to assets to them.

How To Add Someone To Facebook Business Manager?
As we have explained in another article, there are three kinds of ways to add someone to a Facebook Business Manager:

You can add partners to a Business Manager account
you can add System Users to a Business Manager account
and you can add users to the Business Manager account.
In this tutorial, we are going to focus only on how to add users to your Business Manager. We have separate tutorials on how to add system users or partners to a Facebook BM.

How To Add Someone To Facebook Business Suite?
Here is how to add someone to the Facebook Business Suite (manager):

Open up the Facebook Business Manager account you want to add someone to
Click on the Hamburger menu in the top left corner
Then select the ‘Business Settings’ option from the dropdown menuBusiness settings on Facebook Business Manager
Under the ‘Users’ section, select ‘People’users and people role and access level in business manager
Click on the ‘Add’ button.
You can add people to your Business Manager by adding their email address.Facebook Business Manager roles
Then you have to choose the Business Manager role you want to assign to them. (You can read more about Business Manager roles and permission here.)
When you click on ‘Show Advanced Options’ you can also add users to the Business Manager with additional roles (finance analyst, finance editor, developer)
Once you chose the preferred role, click on ‘Next’.
First, you have to choose the asset type you want to grant access toassign Facebook Business Manager permissions to users
Then the name of the assets you want to add access. So for instance, if you want to give someone access to all Facebook business pages, select all pages.
Then finally also select the specific task access related to that Business Manager asset.
Click on the ‘Invite’ button.
With this, the person will receive the invitation in an email. If he or she accepts the invitation, he will be added as a user to the Business Manager account with the permission level you have set up.

Once you have sent a Business Manager invitation you can click on the ‘Done’ or ‘Add more people’ button.

Can’t Add Users To A Facebook Business Manager Asset
If you can’t add users to a Facebook Business Manager account or to one of its assets, it means that you probably don’t have admin access in the Business Manager account.
