Give Access To Facebook Ads Manager Account
As we mentioned in the intro of the article, there are two ways to add someone to your Facebook Ads Manager account:

Add someone to the Facebook Ads Manager account from the Facebook Ads Manager
Add users to the Facebook Ad account from Facebook Business Manager
For the second option to work, you obviously should have an existing Business Manager account.

Letโ€™s explain both of them, step by step.

How To Add Someone To Facebook Ads Manager?
Here is how to add someone to a Facebook Ads Manager:

Open the Facebook Ads Manager (link: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/)
Click on the menu on the top left corner
Select โ€˜Ad Account Settingsโ€™
Click on โ€˜Add Peopleโ€™add people to Facebook Ads manager
Enter the name of the person
Choose their role in the Facebook Ads Manager (see role explanation below)add people to Facebook Ad account
Click on โ€˜Confirmโ€™.
If you followed along, your friend should receive a notification that you granted them a notification to this Facebook Ad Account. They can either accept or reject it.

Facebook Ads Manager Roles
One important thing to pay attention to is the roles that you grant to people in your Facebook Ads Manager.

There are three roles currently that you can give someone in the Facebook Ads Manager.

Facebook Ad Account Admin
Facebook Ad account admins can create, edit and view ads, check ad reports, modify payment methods and manage admin permission to this Facebook Ad account.
