In this video tutorial, we are going to show you How To add people, or a Facebook ad agency to your Facebook Ad Account In Facebook/Meta Business suite.

Give access to Facebook Ad account

As we mentioned in the intro of the article, there are two ways to add someone to your Facebook Ads account:

Add people to the Facebook Ad account from Facebook Ads Manager
Add users to the Facebook Ad account from Facebook Business Manager

For the second option to work, you obviously should have an existing Business Manager account.

Let’s explain both of them, step by step.

How to add people to Facebook Ads Manager?

Here is how to add people to Facebook Ads manager:

Open the Facebook Ads Manager (link: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/)
Click on the menu on the top left corner
Select ‘Ad Account Settings’
Click on ‘Add People’
Enter the name of the person
Choose their role on the Ads Manager (see role explanation below)
Click on ‘Confirm’.

If you followed along, your friend should receive a notification that you granted them a notification to this Facebook Ad Account. They can either accept or reject it.

Facebook Ads manager roles

One important thing to pay attention to is the roles that you grant to people in your Facebook Ads Manager.

There are three roles currently that you can give someone in the Facebook Ads Manager.
