Here is how to add a Donate extension to the Facebook post:

Open the Facebook page
Click on ‘Create post’
Add your post text and images/video
Click on the ‘three dots’raise money option on a Facebook post
Select ‘Raise money’
Select your charity/non-profit org.
Click on ‘Posts’.
When the Facebook post goes live, it now should also include a Donate button extension.
